Storage and handling of shipments

We take the logistics from A to Z — from the acceptance of the goods to the delivery to the fan. We monitor stock levels, alert thresholds and size rotations to avoid shortages. E-commerce/integrations

We build stores on Shopify end-to-end: UX/UI, payments, taxes, fulfillment, automations. We integrate the store with social media (e.g. Instagram/TikTok Shop) and with the artist's world, including Spotify (linking, merch sections). We implement email/SMS, cart recovery and loyalty programs. We prepare the store for peak traffic on the day of the premiere and during the tour.

Photo & video sessions

We handle the entire process: from moodboards and script, through casting/locations, to production and post-production. We produce product photos, lookbooks and lifestyle — also backstage and concert shots. We deliver asset packages for the store, social media and PR, including short video formats. We care about consistency with artist identification and the speed of submission of materials.

Faq

What are the minimum volumes?

We start from drop or pre-sale (low risk) to confirm demand before production. When manufacturing in advance, we set the minimum circulation from X pcs. /model we define together depending on the techniques, cut and term.MOQ definiujemy wspólnie w zależności od technik, kroju i terminu.

What is the lead time?

Samples: 2—10 days. Production: 2—6 weeks — depending on decorating techniques, volumes and availability. In peak season, dates are confirmed individually; express modes are possible in a limited range.

Why is it important to sell more than just online?

“Live” sales use a moment of emotion — typically approx. 20% of fans buy merch at concerts (2023). The contribution of the merch to the P&L of the event can reach even ~ 30% of revenue (depending on the size and distribution of shares). In practice, the mix onsite + online gives you the highest conversion and margin.

What models of implementation do you propose?

Pre sale — first pre-sales, then production (without capital, validation of demand).

Drops — limited “sold out” collections building hype/FOMO.

Lager — permanent assortment with additions (classic e-commerce).

On-Site — sales during concerts/events with full stand service.

On-Site Custom — personalization “on site” (e.g. live print)
