We take responsibility for the success of the entire project from concept to distribution.

We handle the entire process: from moodboards and script, through casting/locations, to production and post-production. We produce product photos, lookbooks and lifestyle — also backstage and concert shots. We deliver asset packages for the store, social media and PR, including short video formats. We care about consistency with artist identification and the speed of submission of materials.

Our creative team with fashion experience combines aesthetics with stage and store functionality. We develop concepts, colors, typography and decorations for a specific image of the artist. We prepare prototypes and samples ready for photo shoots and quality tests. We iterate quickly based on feedback from the artist and management.

We take the logistics from A to Z — from the acceptance of the goods to the delivery to the fan. We monitor stock levels, alert thresholds and size rotations to avoid shortages. We handle returns and complaints and ship by various methods worldwide. With SLA and full shipment tracking, we provide predictability and peace of mind.

We build stores on Shopify end-to-end: UX/UI, payments, taxes, fulfillment, automations. We integrate the store with social media (e.g. Instagram/TikTok Shop) and with the artist's world, including Spotify (linking, merch sections). We implement email/SMS, cart recovery and loyalty programs. We prepare the store for peak traffic on the day of the premiere and during the tour.

We take over the entire store on behalf of the artist so that the team can focus on the work. We respond to fan messages, advise on the choice of size, solve issues of payment, delivery and returns. We work multilingual, at fixed hours, with measurable SLAs. We regularly report insights and recommendations based on contact with fans.

Live sales boost revenue and excitement — online can't be fully replaced. We provide a complete set of: stand, POS, terminals, inventory, trained staff and smooth queue management. The plan, assortment and size are selected according to the attendance and nature of the event. During the event, we analyze sales and react on an ongoing basis.

We provide easy-to-read dashboards for the artist and management in near real time. You can see bestsellers, sizes, regions, traffic and conversion sources, and the impact of campaigns and events on sales. With this data, we plan tailings, promotions and bundling, maximizing the margin. We make decisions based on facts, not premonitions.

We design an NFT-linked merch that unlocks access to a dedicated artist zone or exclusive perks. Token-gating allows you to reward your most loyal fans with real-world experiences, and the product gains collectible value. We design the whole mechanism: mint, verification, redeem and service at the event. It's a merch with added utility — not just a souvenir.

We start from drop or pre-sale (low risk) to confirm demand before production. When manufacturing in advance, we usually have MOQ from 30 pcs. /model - value of MOQ dependson the techniques, cut and term.
Samples: 2—10 days. Production: 2—6 weeks - depending on decorating techniques, volumes and availability. In peak season, dates are confirmed individually; express modes are possible in a limited range.
Live sales capitalize on the moment of excitement—typically, around 20% of fans purchase merchandise at concerts (2023–2024). Merchandise can contribute up to 30% of an event's revenue. In practice, a combination of on-site and online sales yields the best results.
Pre-sale - first pre-sale, then production.
Drop - limited “sold out” collections that build hype.
Stock - permanent assortment with replenishments (classic e-commerce).
On-site - sales during concerts/events with full stand service.
On-site custom - “on-site” personalization (e.g., live printing)
Hybrid - a combination of online + on-site with a shared inventory pool and a single analytics dashboard.
